Progress Reports

We've recently invested heavily in improving our internal systems in order to deliver regular and informative updates on the progress of all cases. From the moment your device arrives at our lab, you will receive daily updates by email notifying you of the current status of your case.

Delivery of Recovered Data

Recovered data up to 12GB in total size will be supplied on DVDs at no additional charge, larger amounts will be supplied on an external USB drive - current pricing for these drives will be made available in your assessment report.

NOTE: Recovered data is scanned for viruses and other malware before being delivered back to you.
